1. <config> as a sibling to <class>, <interface>, <mixin> and <globals>
   • will be child of the class, api, interface, mixin and widget elements
   • will be scoped to the parent in the XML .... Jon had posted an algorithm for this in his email

2. Spec and schema updates
   • Wherever parameter is allowed, returnType is also needed
   • approved
3. Validation web service(s) and web page
   • Local installs are need for some use cases ... looking for how to do this with automatic updates for the schemas/code
   • 1st the schemas, lower priority for pulling the code
4. <event> element and callbacks
   • Jon to take a crack at a full proposal along the lines of option two, pulling syntax from simlare constructs elsewhere in the metadata, will try to have in time for next's weeks discussion
