Topic: Logistics update: wiki, maillists
Jon: Web site is up. Wiki is up. Maillists aren't up yet, but we hope to have them this week. If anyone has problems with the web site or wiki, send me an email.
Topic: Web site
Jon: What are next steps? Proposal:
- Start putting together the web site within a staging area in the member-only section of the web site.
- Something to review at next meeting
Jon: When to go public? Proposal:
- Post an initial version of web site for group review within a week.
- Shoot for promoting the new web site to the public after review at the next meeting. Therefore, promote to the public in a couple of weeks.
- There was agreement with the above proposals.
ACTION: Jon to post a strawman public web site in staging area within a week.
Topic: Logo
Dylan: Designer created a few samples. David and Jon liked the second one. Further developing the second one. Will send to group in the next day or so.
ACTION: Dylan to send logo to the group via email.
Topic: Marketecture paper
Chris: I sent a .doc file to the group. An outline plus words for the introduction. People need to review the introduction to see if it represents the correct direction
Jon: What format should we use for collaborating?
- Consensus: use wiki
Chris: I will convert into wiki format and add to the wiki
ACTION: Chris to convert marketecture into wiki format (already done)
