Introduction
The Mobile Task Force will pursue activities that will accelerate industry success with Ajax running on mobile devices. The task force is in its early stages where it will identify and prioritize its potential activities.

Task Force Schedule
Regular Mobile TF Conference Calls
The standard time slot for conference calls is Thursday 9amPT, noonET, 5pm London, 6pm Paris. We expect that conference calls will happen in the summer of 2008 roughly every two weeks, but the exact schedule is subject to change depending on the outstanding agenda and everyone's availability.

Here are the candidate activities that were discussed at the Mobile Ajax Task Force kick-off meeting on August 1, 2007:

- characterise the state of the support for Ajax on mobile today
- considerations for developers thinking of using mobile Ajax today
- in particular differences in UI capabilities on mobile devices
- supporting devices that are not top-end mobiles

- Survey of support for Ajax in the mobile world
