One issue I'd like to throw up for discussion is the placement of the section about the trust brand and conformance. I think that should come after the sections that describe the standards that the OAA has defined or will be defining. Otherwise, the reader of the section about trust brand and conformance might be wondering "conformance to what?"

JonF: I agree and have moved the conformance trust brand section to the end, just before the conclusion.
