Tunnel URI Explanation

Howard Weingram says:

The following text appears in the spec for the iframe container constructor.

"The tunnel iframe URI MUST have the same origin as the Container iframe URI."

This is an error. The text should read as follows:

"The tunnel iframe URI MUST have the same origin as the manager application."

The JSDoc is correct; only the section text below the JSDoc is wrong.
