[OpenAjaxMobile] Some ideas on API design

I posted some ideas on how our device APIs might work. I attempted to come
up with something that was consistent with previous discussion (e.g.,
asynchronous), would be natural to JavaScript developers, and aligned with
the general approach proposed by Google for the geolocation APIs.

I didn't get as far on the above wiki page as I had hoped I would before
sending this email. I hope to work on it some more before the phone call
tomorrow. In any case, please review what I have so far so we can bat
things around at the phone call. If you see things you don't like or have
suggestions for improvement, please send email with your comments in
advance of the phone call.
