Hi,

In the last call we discussed issues relating to the use of a loader
function versus simple inclusion of APIs by explicit reference to a script.
I agreed to submit a proposal on how a loader might work.

Please see the attached. I haven't thought through all of the details but
you should get the idea. One issue not dealt with in the proposal is that
the loading of modules/APIs will in some cases be asynchronous and I haven't
included any way of handling that, but my idea was that the OpenAjax Hub
functionality would deal with that part.

We can discuss on today's call if you like (but it sounds like we should
devote most time this week to the discussion of actual APIs).
