[OpenAjaxMobile] Let's postpone our phone call one more week (until Aug 14)

OMTP hasn't uploaded their public drafts yet, but promise to do so by
Friday Aug. 8. Also, I know that some people are unavailable this week.

Therefore, I suggest that we not have a Mobile TF phone call this week, and
postpone until Thursday Aug 14.
