1. Review changes to Ruleset, Rule and NLS files

Sue McNamara: http://www.oaa-accessibility.org/rulesets/

Jon: Changed property names for consistency,

Jon: rules set files - each requirement has a number, requirement level, requirement url, requirement description was removed

Jon: NLS files for National Language support - has name property, description, level dictionary level, values, each code has a corresponding property file iin the NSL file

Jon: has a url as well to generate links

Jon: URL references are new

Jon: NSL - rules dictionary, message passes or fails, titles

Jon: Needs a feedback - rule numbers put in

David: Makes sense for the tools - would help to identify relevant message

Jon: Groups list - title for group, can turn off all other rules

Jon: each rules file - created comments

Jon: rule id, message code, rule_ and message_, context property, validate function, etc.

Jon: working on documentation

Jon: Links to the repository - rule object almost done, then finished up the other sections

Jon: new version should be ready next week

Jon: should be able to vote next week - open review next week and then vote the following week

David: rules themselves was able to copy and paste - can add them later on if necessary.

Jon: didn't get a chance to implement the landmark rules that we talked about last week

David: still in process talking to IBM attorneys

Rich: Presidents Day and Canadian holiday today - so we lost a few people today

Rich: ARIA Integration straw vote should be coming this week and will impact our rulesets
