/member/wiki/Accessibility_Rules_Format_1.0

Be prepared to answer questions Purpose of this meeting is to validate Rule Format 1.0

Rich: we do not need to provide an overview of the spec.

2. Review caching specification and rule conversion for links

/member/wiki/Accessibility_Validation_Rule_Data_and_Results_Cache

Jon: Hoping to have draft done by end of this week - won't check code in until we've had a chance to demo on this call

Jon: Has conflict for next week and cannot attend.

Rich: Will send note - no meeting on 11 April

Jon: Working on improving rule performance. Cache is the way to do it - just a matter of time of getting things converted over it.

Marc: Will get with Loretta and Michael Cooper for more details on WCAG WG reviewing rules. We will be using these rules for ARIA validation

Reporting

Jon: JSON object could archive if you have an archive system - or could be used to combine reports. Standard way to interchange results with others. Script could be used to translate JSON to HTML

Jon: Currently Results object only reports all failed or all passed - not both

Jon: Would like to update that to show both failed and passed nodes

Jon: That could be a version 2 item

Jon: Could also be applied to the comments back from Microsoft

Jon: Will create a page "Issues for version 2" - we can review on the 18 April call

Jon: Can also use this page for the 25 April review to show what is planned

Jon: Will be updating the cache page on the Open Ajax - with what the features of the cache will be
