Jon: testing rules. Seems to be working well. Will be testing more next week.

Jon: Last week we left off discussing titling rules. Review these.

Jon: His study indicated 99% of all pages have a title.
Jon: Proposes H1 be part of the page titling.
Jon: Minimum level we want a main landmark. Label the main landmark if there are more than one.
