JG: How should we use the IBM checklists when developing rules? Check each example to see if we have a matching rule?

MJ: Use the examples as a guide - but not an exhaustive list. Ensure that the development technique listed for each checkpoint is covered - using the examples as a guide.

JG: Going to take this back - thing about it - and see how we can get it into the db. See how we can easily ensure these techniques are in the rule model.
