JG: Agenda Item 1. Rule Categories

JG: https://trac.ainspector.org/design/wiki/interaction-design/data-objects

JG: Nine categories, the objective is to break rules into functional units that make sense to developers.

JG: A different organization than WCAG, targeting either a group of related elements (tables, forms, links, etc.) or a conceptual grouping (structure, keyboard support, etc.)

MS: Perhaps Structure/Content instead of Structure/Navigation

JG: Add Navigation to Links/Navigation?

JG: Multiple ways of navigating among pages is AA

AA: Meaningful sequence would come under navigation

MJ and AA: Not sure that Links and Navigation belong together.

NH: Moved Navigation to its own category.

NH: Need to convey concept of site rules, consistency
