Whitepapers
From MemberWiki
The OpenAjax Alliance will have different versions of its white papers over the course of time.
Third generation white paper(s)
In the summer of 2007, OpenAjax Alliance has begun work on the following new white paper(s):
There has been talk about white papers on the following topics, but work has not yet begun on the following:
- (maybe something on the OpenAjax Hub)
- (maybe something on JSF/Ajax integration strategies)
- (maybe something on portals/Ajax integration strategies)
- (maybe something about navigating through confusing terminology, such as "toolkits", "widgets", etc.)
Also, maybe we will update and refresh all of the second generation white papers.
Second generation white papers
In late 2006 and early 2006, the Marketing Committee is working on a 2nd generation set of white papers which will replace the original white paper. Here are the wiki pages where the Marketing Committee is collaborating on the revised white papers:
- WP2 - Introducing Ajax and OpenAjax
- WP2 - When Does Ajax Make Business Sense
- WP2 - Next-Generation Applications Using Ajax and OpenAjax
- WP2 - Successful Deployment of Ajax and OpenAjax
First generation white papers
With its first effort in the summer of 2006, the Marketing Committee collaboratively produced the following wiki page:
which was then transformed into published HTML and PDF files and posted on the OpenAjax Alliance web site.
